Tiburon House 2
A 1950’s ‘A’ frame tract house was purchased with the intent of renovating and reselling it. It soon became apparent early in the design phases that it was in such poor shape that it needed to be demolished, and rebuilt from the ground up.
The result was a new two story house with compact yet spacious feeling living spaces, which live big to the outside, and take advantage of the views to Mt Tam. The owners were seeking a modern craftsmen and cottage inspired look and feel, which would appeal to a large cross section of potential buyers.
This project was completed while Kevin was with Russell + Davis Architects.
