An aging neighborhood shopping center on the west side of Napa gets a second life.
The owner was looking to refresh the center to attract new tenants, and build a new freestanding pad building to increase the rentable square footage. We worked in partnership with Landscape and civil consultants to revise the look and feel of the center. We designed new outdoor seating and gathering spaces, which connected the main anchor tenant to a new pedestrian corner entry. We also realigned the parking through out the site to improve circulation for vehicles and pedestrians. The result was a modern retail center with a unique wine country feel.
